To create a booking site that you can send participants to that is specific to 1 location, you will begin by clicking on the Settings tab and then choosing Custom Booking Sites Locations from the dropdown menu that appears -
Once you're on the Custom Booking Sites the Locations page, you'll want to click on the green Add New Booking Site button indicated by the red arrow in the image below to get started on creating your own custom booking site -
After the Add New the View button next to the location that you're trying to create a custom booking site for. In the example below I have highlighted the View button next to the Company ABC - Boston location -
Once you reach the location profile page, you may need to scroll down a bit until you see the Create Custom Booking Site button shown highlighted in red below, and click on it -
After the Create Custom Booking Site button is clicked, you will be taken to the Add New Booking Site screen, which is composed of the following fields -
- Internal Name: The internal name is how you will reference and identify the booking site while logged into the back office. This name is not displayed to your participants.
- Webhandle: This is the dedicated link that the booking site will available at. If you're in a Business level plan you will be able to customize it.
- Clients to Show: This is where you select if you’d like to show all clients for booking or just select clients on your booking site.
- Locations to Show: This is where you can choose whether the booking site will show just one location or whichever locations you want to appear on it.
- Empower Associates to Show: This is where you select if you'd like to show all empower associates for booking or just select empower associates on your booking site.
- Meetings to Show: This is where you select if you'd like to show all meetings for booking or just select meetings on your booking site.
- Publish Booking Site: Check this checkbox if you want to allow participants to book at this link. If you're staging it and don't want to open it up for booking quite yet, uncheck this checkbox.
The numbers correspond to the numbered labels in the following image. When you get to this page in site creation process you will want to give the custom booking site a name for internal use as well as create a unique webhandle for it - a pop-up will appear to let you know whether or not the webhandle is already in use or not - in the fields labelled 1. and 2. in the image shown below, and then for the rest of the fields on this page you'll just need to change the setting from "All..." to "Select..." to allow you to choose from the checklist that appears what specific components you want show on this particular custom booking site. last field you just need to decide whether or not to publish your new booking site.
After all the criteria is are selected we'll click the green Save Booking Site button either at the top or bottom of the page to be taken to the Booking Site Profile page -
You will need to highlight the URL that is highlighted in the green box above and copy it before pasting it into an email that you can then send to the participants want to visit your custom booking site.
