When you login to TimeTap each day, the first screen you'll see is the Calendar. From this screen, click "Dashboard" in the upper-left-hand corner of the screen, and select "Staff Clock In" from the list that drops down:
On the next screen, find your name in the "Clock In TimeTable." The "Clock In Status" column will show your current clock status. And you can clock in/out by using the button in the "Actions" column:
In this example, we're currently Clocked Out. So we'll click the "Clock In" button to clock ourselves in.
Clicking here will bring up a screen where we can choose our station and clock in. Note: If your location uses stations, select the station you would like to clock into. Otherwise, select "Not checking into specific station":
Once you've made your station selection, click the green "Clock In" button to clock in:
You should see a message saying that you've clocked in successfully, and your status in the Clock In TimeTable should now show "Clocked In":
ContentTo clock out at the end of your shift, click "Dashboard" in the upper-left-hand corner of the screen, and select "Staff Clock In" from the dropdown list:
Find your name on the Clock In TimeTable, and click the Clock Out button under the Actions heading:
Note: If your clock in status is incorrect, please notify your team lead/manager and TimeTap support at support@timetap.com.
After clicking the Clock Out button, a confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm the staff member you want to clock out. Click the green "Clock Out" button to complete the clock out transaction:
You should see a message confirming that you've clocked out successfully, and your status in the timetable should update to "Clocked Out":
