Let's say it's the evening of October 5th, and Liberty Mutual Rep "Jane SalesRep" has an onsight scheduled tomorrow, October 6th, at "Jackson County Elementary" school. She wants to get a print out of what her schedule will look like for that day. An easy way to do this from the calendar view is to first select which date you want to print in the "Go to date" selector:
With the date entered, select the "Day" button to go to just that one day's view:
That will customize your calendar view to just show that one day. Then click the button to "Print" the calendar view:
From there, following your computer's printing prompts to print out the schedule. This can be handy to have in hand on the day of your onsight!
You may want to have more information about the appointments that are coming up than what printing the calendar provides you with. If so, it's a great idea to download a spreadsheet of your appointments from your Appointments > Appointment Lists view.
To get there, go to Appointments > Appointment Lists and click on the "Open" list view:
Next, customize the date range to be the date that you're going onsight that you want to get a spreadsheet for:
By customizing the date range, you'll see all of your appointments for that date range fill in beneath it:
To export the list for that date range, click the button to "Export List":
Choose what data you want to export for the appointments by using the checkboxes on the export pop up window. Whatever you select will export as a separate column in the spreadsheet:
Once you click "Export List" you'll get an excel spreadsheet download that you can open and customize before printing out!
