Our team makes releases usually every 2-3 weeks on the app. For bigger releases, there will be a documentation page dedicated to outlining exactly what changed and linking you to the relevant support documentation that explains those changes.
Please note: this is something we've started doing as of late June 2015 so none of the release notes from earlier versions will be on here.
