If you ever need support for using TimeTap, you can either browse our help docs (on the documentation site you're on right now) or you can contact us using our in-app messaging portal.

Contacting Support:

TimeTap Professional, TimeTap Business or TimeTap Plus users (one of our legacy plans) can contact us by phone at (202) 753-7351, we're available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:30PM EDT.

You can also contact our support team via chat by clicking the "?" icon in the bottom right of the application after you login, we're available starting Sunday at 5 PM until Friday at 6:30 PM EDT.

Now that you've found our documentation site, we have a few tips on how you can use it to find the information you're looking for more efficiently.
