  • %CLIENT_FIRSTNAME% - first name of candidate who received the email
  • %STAFF_FULLNAME% - name of the recruiter selected in the send email flow
  • %BUSINESS_NAME% - the name of the business associated with the child account in the "Business Name" column of the child account list (i.e. will fill in with Shire, KennaMetal, etc. depending on account it is sent out from)
  • %REASON% - name of selected reason in send email flow (i.e. could be "Phone Screening" or "Face to Face Interview"
