Changing the business name listed for an account

The business name that is assigned to an account is by default the "Sender name" for the email templates that are sent out from that account. You can see the current business name for an account in the first column in your list of child accounts:

The "Internal Name" is the second column and that is just a good way to help you differentiate accounts so if you've given several accounts the same business name (i.e. "Empower Retirement") you can tell which account is which. The internal name never shows to the participants booking with you.

To change either the business name and/or the internal name assigned to one of the accounts, click on the "Login" button next to the account:


Once logged into the child account, click on your name dropdown in the top right and choose "Account Settings" underneath that:

On the account settings page, you'll see the Business Details with the option to change the Business Name and the Business Internal Display Name (please note, if no value is set for the internal display name, it will use the main business name as a fall back):


Simply change the value to what you want it to display as here and click the "Save Changes to Business" button at the bottom of the page:


This change should then get reflected on your list of child accounts (although you may have to log out and log back in to see it on that list view)
