Appointment Changed or Reschduled

This template is sent to the candidate after either:

  • the candidate clicks the link in the new appointment email to reschedule their appointment and goes through the rescheduling flow
  • the recruiter updates the appointment (i.e. changes the time, changes the recruiter, etc.) and selects to send an email to the candidate about the change

Tags used in this template include:

  • %STAFF_FULLNAME% & %PROFESSIONAL_FULLNAME% - full name of the recruiter the candidate's appointment was assigned to (Professional fullname tag was an older version that is still in some of our defaults)
  • %APPT_DATE_TIME% - the date and time of the appointment the candidate booked in the candidate's timezone (if they book at 12:00pm on July 26th, then it would print as "Wednesday, Jul 26, 2017 at 12:00PM EDT" (or whatever timezone the candidate is in)
  • %CLIENT_FIRSTNAME% - the first name of the candidate who booked the appointment
  • %REASON% - name of the service/class they booked (i.e. "Phone Screening")
  • %CHANGE_NOTE% - if the recruiter changes the appointment and enters a note on saving, it will fill in here
  • %CHANGE_SUMMARY_CLIENT% - fills in with the summary of the change that was made. For instance, if the appointment was moved from July 26th at 12:00pm to July 27th at 12:00pm, the change summary would fill in with "Appointment date was changed from Wednesday, July 26th 2017 to Thursday, July 27th, 2017"
  • %MANAGE_APPT_URL% - will fill in with the link to the landing page where candidates can go and either cancel or reschedule their appointment
  • %BUSINESS_NAME% - name of the business as shown in the Business Name column when you login and look at the list of child accounts
  • %LOCATION_NAME% - name of the location the candidate booked at
  • %LOCATION_ADDRESS% - the address for the location where the appointment was booked as stored on the profile for the location (under Settings > Locations)
  • %LOCATION_DIRECTIONS% - the directions for the location where the appointment was booked as stored on the profile for the location (under Settings > Locations)
  • %APPT_ID% - the id of the appointment. Can be used for tracking and quick look up in the app
