These release notes cover 5.14.0

Features & Improvements: 

  • Change total number of seats in a class based appointment after it has been scheduled.

  • Add security permission to restrict access to translations.

  • User with permission to view own information is not able to edit other staff’s service availability.

Bugs Fixed: 

  • ‘No Preference’ information wasn’t displayed correctly in Appointment Detail screen.

  • Login button in scheduler didn’t bring up login window.

  • Unable to go back to previous panel in scheduler once client landed in the Service panel.

  • Updating a package’s expiration date didn’t move it to an Open status.

  • Users were unable to reschedule class based appointments.

  • Changes to table borders didn’t save.

  • Waitlist by Open Status report didn’t populate preferred date.

  • Class session times changed when editing a class based appointment and class had reached its maximum capacity.

  • Added to Waitlist Confirmation template displayed times in staff’s timezone rather than client’s.

  • Custom field information provided by clients at the time they joined the waitlist for a class session didn’t appear when they were added to the list of attendees.
