5.17.0 Release Notes

These release notes cover 5.17.0

Features & Improvements: 

  • Clients can purchase packages in scheduler.

  • Clients can redeem packages at the time they schedule appointments.

  • Clients are able to store card information for future use at the time they’re making a payment, only available if you user Square or Stripe to collect payments.

  • Drag and drop appointments in the calendar view in 15 minute increments.

Bugs Fixed: 

  • “Schedule an Appointment” and “Next” buttons overlapped if buttons were placed in header and scheduler was embedded and reduced to 875 pixels or less.

  • Payments made via Square in Inter Explorer weren’t processing correctly.

  • Appointment times were not displaying accurately when clients logged into the scheduler.

  • Reason instructions tag (%REASON_INSTRUCTIONS%) was not displaying its corresponding information in the Final Confirmation panel.

  • Corrected issues with scheduler not certain elements of the scheduler not displaying correctly when viewed in Internet Explorer.

  • Appointment reminder were sent even the messaging settings were set to “Do not send” when clients scheduled class based appointments.

  • ICS file in New Appointment email sent to staff had incorrect time.

  • Clients logging into scheduler via Internet Explorer were not able to see a full list of their upcoming appointments.

  • Added to Waitlist email template sent to client didn’t display the correct information if client chose to join waitlist for first available time slot.

  • Clicking on hyperlink in staff or service description would automatically select the staff/service and move the client to the next panel.

  • Clients were able to double book if they chose a service with bundled resource.
