These release notes cover 5.18.0

Features & Improvements: 

  • Apply zip code filter to locations using address automatic detection, clients can type their address and find the location nearest to them based on parameters set by the user.

  • Screening question now has dynamic text editor for more formatting options.

  • User who do now have access to all location will not see all location groups.

Bugs Fixed: 

  • User were unable to schedule appointments on a day when appointments were already scheduled and were taking place at a variable location.

  • Invoices were marked as Open-Authorized if payments were processed manually in the backoffice via Square’s payment portal.

  • Corrected issue with image source URL.

  • Corrected appointment times issue if users were scheduling appointments in the backoffice while in the calendar view and using the Quick Add feature.

  • Client’s first name didn’t appear if they logged in to the scheduler and the account used the Full Name field.

  • Clients were not able to make a payment at the time of booking if they were logged in to the scheduler and payment was processed via Square.

  • Tax was not calculated in invoice panel when clients were purchasing packages.

  • Coupons could be applied towards the purchase of a package even if the class offered in the package was not selected in the coupon profile.
