5.25.0 Release Notes

These release notes cover 5.25.0

Features & Improvements: 

  • Improved new scheduler’s loading time.

  • Set staff to private, this will make it so that staff is not listed in the default in the default scheduler. The staff will only be available in the back office for scheduling or via custom booking site where private is shown.

  • Allow staff to only view the services they have been assigned in their profile when you create a custom security role.

  • Assign a type to a virtual location: Zoom, WebEx, Messenger Room, GoToMeeting, BlueJean, Join.me, Doxy.me.

  • See the number of available seats in a class session when scheduling a class based appointment in the back office.

  • When updating appointments in bulk, users have the option to update the appointment’s location.

  • Hide or display option for client to add their appointment to their calendar.

  • Improved external calendar un-syncing process.

  • Assign reason groups to staff.

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Class session date and time was not displayed in Client Information panel when client was joining waitlist.

  • Clients were not prompted to submit payment if payment was optional and staff approval was required at the time of booking.

  • Clients were not able to print the Final Confirmation panel.

  • Appointments confirmed after they were marked as Completed were labeled with an invalid status.

  • Corrected issue if account had Euro set as currency as well as Stripe as payment processor.

  • Users were unable to set negative hours in Latest Class setting (after class has started).

  • Clients were able to schedule more appointment than the limit set if login was required to book.

  • Users were unable to view Disclaimer Form Added template if default template was cloned.
