These release notes cover 6.19.0, 6.19.1, 6.19.2, and 6.19.3

Features & Improvements: 

  • Wait List First Available is available for classes.

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Automated messaging triggers were not sent out if client confirmed appointment via text message reminder and the trigger was based on Confirmed status.

  • Custom field data was not displayed in Appointment Lists.

  • Clients name was removed from list of attendees if the status of their appointment was changed in the Class Session Detail screen.

  • Email tag %LOCATION_VIRTUAL_ROOM_URL% didn’t display the corresponding information in the Final Confirmation panel.

  • Maximum wait list limit for class sessions was not being applied.

  • Invoice created in client’s profile by selecting un-invoiced items reflected incorrect amount.

  • Staff received “New Appointment” template and not “Appointment Changed or Rescheduled” template if appointment requiring approval was rescheduled by the client.

  • If a client claimed one appointment from a wait list hold generated by a cancelled appointment that was part of a repeating series, the client would be added to the entire appointment series.

  • Final confirmation message didn’t update correctly.
