7.12.0 Release Notes

These release notes cover 7.12.0

Features & Improvements: 

  • Created a new email tag to show the appointment creation time (%APPT_CREATED_DATE_TIME%)

  • Removed the “Back” button from the Appointment Detail Page that is accessed from appointment emails

  • Added a template merge field at the child account level for URLs in messaging templates

  • Added a property on the Reason Object called "reasonTags" to allow for that reason tag to passed through in scheduler URL so those reasons will appear, despite a client tag not also being included

  • Adjusted the SMS reminder text on the client information page that shows when registering for a wait list spot

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Recording a payment on an invoice for a Course Registration was triggering duplicate “New Course Registration” emails to be sent

  • The status field was returning blank when running the XLS version of the “Appointments by Date” report

  • Changing the class when adding a new session via the Quick Add panel on the calendar page was not updating the end time to match the duration of that newly selected class

  • Add Ons with a price and description were not readable when viewing the Add On panel using a mobile phone browser
