8.13 Release Notes

These release notes cover 8.13 - July 30th, 2024

Improvements:

• Added a “Popup Background” setting to the Color Scheme & Styling page to change the background color of pop ups on the client scheduler (Client Login & Register panel, Screening Questions)

• When a client selects a service that requires appointment intent for booking and there are no intents available, the appointment intent panel will display the error message: "There are no inquiries available for booking at this time"

Bugs Fixed:

• Deactivated reasons (services/classes/courses) were still showing in their respective Reason Groups list in the Backoffice UI after being removed

• The sorting of the Clients list could not be adjusted when displaying and filtering the list by a client tag

• Sorting by column titles in the Payments > Invoice/Quote lists was not functioning as expected

• On the Payments > Invoices/Quotes page, if the Quote box was not selected, the invoice list just loaded forever

• Appointments with additional staff were ignoring the filters selected on the Calendar view of the Backoffice

• The “Pay" button was remaining inactive and preventing the final submitting of payment after initially trying to submit incorrect information on “Enter Card Information" panel of the client scheduler

• The “Move To Different Session" button for course sessions was only showing classes and was not listing any other course session options

• Exported tagged client lists were not displaying all field data

• .ics file email tags were not rendering for recurring appointments/multiple appointment bookings
