If you ever need support for using TimeTap, you can either browse our help docs (on the documentation site you're on right now) or you can contact us using our in-app messaging portal.

Our Support Hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00PM EDT.

You can contact our Customer Success team via ticket by clicking the "message bubble" icon in the bottom right of the application after you login.
