If you as an RPA no longer wish to receive reminder emails for your appointments, you can turn them off from within the Email Settings section of your staff profile. To do this, go to your name dropdown in the top right and click "My Profile":

You will need to login to each of your child accounts and turn off the reminder emails for your profile on the child account. Once logged into the child account, instead of clicking your username dropdown in the top right and "My Profile" underneath that, you will instead go to Settings > Empower Associates and click the "View" button next to the Empower Associate in the list that represents you on that account. |
