How to turn off reminder emails to RPAs

If you as an RPA no longer wish to receive reminder emails for your appointments, you can turn them off from within the Email Settings section of your staff profile. To do this, go to your name dropdown in the top right and click "My Profile":

Important note for RPAs that are on the Parent level account and have access to multiple child accounts

You will need to login to each of your child accounts and turn off the reminder emails for your profile on the child account. Once logged into the child account, instead of clicking your username dropdown in the top right and "My Profile" underneath that, you will instead go to Settings > Empower Associates and click the "View" button next to the Empower Associate in the list that represents you on that account.

In your profile make sure you are on the "Overview" section and scroll down to the bottom where you will see your "Email Settings" configuration:


Next, click the "Edit" button next to the "Email Settings":


In the "Email Templates to Exclude" section, check off the "Appointment Reminder" template and click "Save" in the top right:

This will make it so that you no longer receive the reminder email about your appointments.
