While your account has 8 meeting purposes added to it by default, there is the option to add new meeting purposes to the account. You may want to do this for a variety of reasons; for instance, perhaps at some locations the "Comprehensive Retirement Analysis - Active Employee" meeting takes 30 minutes but in other locations it takes 45 minutes. If that's the case, then you can clone the defaultĀ "Comprehensive Retirement Analysis - Active Employee" meeting purpose and change the time on the new meeting purpose.
Important: Meeting Purposes are synced back to Salesforce based on what the participant selects, so it is important that the name of the meeting purpose in TimeTap is an exact match to one of the dropdown values shown in the meeting purpose field on the Salesforce event.
