Features & Improvements:
- Confirmation window appears when deleting a note in a client's profile
- Hide payment settings
- If account has reason groups, these are now visible in the booking flow in the backoffice
- Search and filter invoices based on client name and invoice total
Bug Fixed:
- Class Time Display button did not appear in the Settings > Time screen
- Confirming class appointments was triggering an email to the client
- "Never" end date for class repeating schedule was not reflected correctly in the Repeating Appointment Detail screen

- Comment was not required when pulling money from till
