These release notes cover version 8.17 - Sept 24th, 2024

Improvements:

  • Deactivating a staff member who is logged in will now expire their current session, preventing further updates by that staff

  • Invoices for course registrations created within the Backoffice now allow clients to pay either the deposit or full price, where applicable

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed:

  • The Appointment Intent panel was continuously loading when clients tried to book an appointment

  • Multi-duration services with a 45-minute duration were incorrectly showing as 5 minutes when the start time was not on the hour

  • Role-based tandem services were not saving edits to the service profile when no "Roles Required for this service" were set

  • The Join Wait List tab was allowing cross-class registration for multiple times, causing mismatched alerts and scheduled appointments

  • Coupons created for specific services were incorrectly appearing on invoices for other services, even though they did not affect the total

  • Role-based tandem appointments were not syncing to the secondary staff's external calendar
