The marketing templates on your account can be sent directly to candidates without a need for an appointment. These are the templates that you'll want to customize in order to prompt candidates to book.
A good scenario for when these templates might be used is as follows:
A recruiter is on the phone with a candidate. The candidate does not have time for a phone screening right now but wants to scheduler one. The recruiter needs to send them one of the marketing templates with a link/button to come book an appointment.
