To set up a LumaPay account (a Stripe account branded as LumaPay), login to TimeTap’s Back Office and go to Payments > Payment Settings.

Under the Payment Portal Options, next to “LumaPay powered by Stripe”, click the grey “Not Set Up” button shown here -

Next click the “Activate LumaPay Payments” button shown here -

and you will be taken to the Stripe website to fill in information for your account starting with your email address (if you are creating a new account - if you have an existing Stripe account you can put in the same email address) and follow their instructions on setting up your account.

Once you have done that you will see that the LumaPay powered by Stripe Grey “Not Set Up” button now shows a Green “Setup” button, and you are ready to start billing your clients by following our payment settings documentation.
