Color Code Calendar by Empower Associate

As an admin or manager, it will be easier to look at your calendar view if you can easily tell which RPA and event on the calendar belongs to. To facilitate this, you can easily select colors to assign to the RPAs. To do this, simply follow the steps below once you are logged into your respective child account:

First, make sure your calendar is set to be colored by "Empower Associate":

Next, scroll to where you see your list of "Empower Associates" on the left hand filter:

To change the color of any of the Empower Associates listed there, simply use the dropdown arrow to the right of their name and select a new color:

Once you select a color for your associate, the calendar will update and show any of the events on it that are assigned to that associate in that color. Here is the calendar after I've selected a color for each of the Empower Associates:

To hide an Empower Associate from the calendar view, simply click the colored square to the left of the Empower Associates name and the square will turn white and the staff will remove from the calendar. See below on turning off Todd Williams from the calendar:
