If you offer multiple types of group based bookings, you'll want to add a different class for each type of group-based appointment you have.

So, let's say you are a yoga instructor and you offer a 75 minute Vinyasa Flow class and a 60 minute Balance class. You would want to add in two different classes: one for Vinyasa Flow and one for Balance.

This documentation is going to walk you through how you'll create your different types of class offerings. Once you create those different types of class offerings, you'll then want to set up the schedule for when you offer those classes which we cover on our documentation here.

To add a service, navigate to your Services screen by going to Settings → Services and Classes and click the button to "Add New Class":

This will take you into the Add New Class flow. On the first page, enter in the name and the duration for the class. Once you've entered in those basic details, click "Continue" at the bottom:

On step 2, you can enter in a description for the class which will display underneath the class name in the scheduler flow as well as a price for the class if you charge or invoice your clients for making an appointment. After you enter in those details you can hit the "Continue" button to move on to the confirmation page or the "Back" button if you need to make a change to the name or duration:

After clicking the "Continue" button under the Details page, you'll move through to the "Schedule" section of the "Add a New Class" flow where you will set up either a one time date for a class session or a repeating schedule of meeting dates for multiple class sessions. During the "Add a New Class" flow, you'll just be setting up one schedule for when the class will meet, but once the class is added to your account, you can add as many schedules as you'd like.

If the class is just meeting one time, then you would want to set the "This schedule:" drop down to "Does not repeat". In the screenshot below, you'll see that I have set up for this class to have one session that is scheduled for January 16th, 2017 from 8:00am - 9:00am:

If the class will meet on a repeating basis, then you would want to set the "This schedule:" drop down to "Does repeat". In the screenshot below, you'll see that I have set up for this class to meet every week from 8:00am - 9:00am on Wednesdays and Saturdays starting February 1st, 2017, and continuing through forever:
Regardless of whether you set up your schedule to repeat or not, you'll need to make sure that you assign the proper staff as the leader of the class sessions during the schedule as well as a max capacity for how many clients can register for any given session. In the screenshot below, you'll see I've assigned my weekly repeating schedule of 8:00am classes every Wednesday and Saturday from February 1st through forever to be on my staff member Valerie Green's schedule and set that only 10 clients can register per session:

Please note: there is also room for a "Classroom number" which can be used to indicate if there is a specific room where the class sessions during the schedule will meet. If there is not a specific room or you don't wish to indicate it, you can leave this blank. There is also a dropdown where you can assign the location.
Once you've filled in the schedule that represents the proper session dates and times that your class will meet on, press the "Continue" button at the bottom to move forward to the "Confirm" page of the flow where you can review the details of the class you just added and press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen:

After pressing "Submit" on the confirm page, you'll be taken into the profile view for the class you just added. This is where you can view the details around the class as a whole as well as the schedule of the individual session dates that the class will meet on:

We have full documentation written on how to manage and edit your class profile available here on our documentation site.
