If you ever need support for using TimeTap, you can either browse our help docs (on the documentation site you're on right now) or you can contact us using our in-app messaging portal.

Contacting Support:

TimeTap Professional, TimeTap Business or TimeTap Plus users (one of our legacy plans) Enterprise users can contact us our support team by phone for customer support at 980-689-0029 at (202) 753-7351, we're available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00PM EDT.

You can also contact our support team via chat by using clicking the "?message bubble" icon in the bottom right of the application after you login.
