TimeTap Professional, TimeTap Business or TimeTap Plus users (one of our legacy plans) Enterprise users can contact us our support team by phone for customer support at (202-) 753-7351, we're available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00PM EDT.
You can also contact our support team via chat by using clicking the "?message bubble" icon in the bottom right of the application after you login.
