Contacting Support:

TimeTap Professional, TimeTap Business or TimeTap Plus users (one of our legacy plans) Enterprise users can contact us our support team by phone at (202) 753-7351, we're available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 65:30PM 00PM EDT.

You can also contact our support team via chat by clicking the "?message bubble" icon in the bottom right of the application after you login, we're available starting Sunday at 5 PM until Friday at 6:30 PM EDT.
