8.16 Release Notes

These release notes cover version 8.16 - Sept 10th, 2024

Improvements:

  • Added Color Scheme & Styling customizations for the Change Timezone dropdown on the Time panel of the scheduler

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed:

  • Staff could not decline appointments that required confirmation due to a missing text box for the reason in Backoffice

  • Creating a custom appointment substatus with an apostrophe caused appointments not to display in Calendar view when the status was selected

  • Buffers were not automatically factored into appointment times when the reason type of an appointment was changed

  • Charge and transaction dates displayed incorrectly for accounts in timezones east of UTC on the Invoice page and Invoices/Quotes page

  • Invoice issued date displayed incorrectly on the Invoices/Quotes page for accounts in timezones east of UTC

  • Appointments with the "Cancelled - Open" status showed in both Cancelled and Open status list views

  • Specific .pdf file formats did not upload to custom file upload fields

  • Repeating appointments with a buffer applied were scheduled with the buffer added to the duration instead

  • Staff did not clone to the new child account when cloning a child account

  • Location group lists duplicated selected items when more than 20 items were available, causing confusion on the edit page

  • Professional accounts could not save the "Unpublished Booking Site Message" box in custom booking sites

  • The day of the week abbreviations in the calendar headers on the Time panel of the scheduler were being auto-translated incorrectly (manual “Calendar Header” translations can be added under Settings > Translations for these items)

  • Price chip displayed the incorrect currency symbols on the Services panel of the scheduler for accounts using GBP or Euro currency
