Features & Improvements: 

  • Added the email tag %APPT_DURATION_HOURS_CLIENT% that can be used to display the client’s appointment duration in hours & minutes

  • Notes & Messaging can now be included as an info column on the Appointment List page

  • Moved the Processing amount to show below the Tax amount on downloaded versions of invoices 

  • Added the tax percentage to be displayed beside the Tax label on downloaded invoices 

  • Created a backend job that automatically checks and refreshes any Square account access token before it expires, which previously would result in needing to completely disconnect and reconnect the Square account in TimeTap

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Users that had previously unsubscribed to all messaging templates were not able to resubscribe to the full list of templates again

  • Staff with a Location Super User security role were seeing issues using filters on the Calendar page of the Backoffice

  • The Show Buffer on Appointments checkbox under Calendar > Configurations was not updating the calendar accordingly

  • The Location Specific Availability for Service section a service profile was not saving properly for businesses with a European timezone/UK locale
