Features & Improvements: 

  • New Services and Classes can now be created without being assigned to a reason group

  • Added the ability to update the External Calendar Sync defaults for the Title and Description fields of overall Class Session Events

  • Added the ability to individually update the values for the Title and Description fields of overall Class Session Events for each staff member’s external calendar sync feeds

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed: 

  • The syncStaffUsername section of the Calendar Sync page was not listing accounts that were nested above the current parent account (Enterprise only)

  • Scheduled report emails were being triggered multiple times (Enterprise only)

  • Course Sets were not able to be created when filled in on a repeating basis without first generating a preview of the Set Sessions 

  • The Outbound Buffer Minutes field on the Location Profile was not saving correctly and could not be deleted

  • Locations that had class availability outside of the advanced booking allowance were still being displayed on the scheduler

  • Client’s saved card info was not able to be accessed when charging an invoice through the Backoffice

  • Creating a class appointment from some types of Wait List Registrations through the Backoffice were resulting in a blank Location field and "No Staff Assigned" showing on the appointment detail page

  • Rescheduled class appointments were not being removed from the original session's current capacity value on externally synced class session events
