These release notes cover version 8.22 - Dec 4th, 2024

Improvements:

  • Location ID can now be passed through when an Appointment Intent is posted

  • Added the “Wait List Hold Times Available - View All” template (sent to wait list registrants when a repeating appointment series is cancelled) to the Appointment Templates list

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed:

  • [Role-based tandem appointments] When the primary staff was deselected in the filter menu, the appointment events for all staff assigned to that appointment disappeared from the Calendar view

  • When an account was set to use GBP or Euro as the currency and the Allow Client to Choose to Pay Deposit or Full Amount setting was enabled, the price chip was displaying additional symbols shown on the Select Payment Amount panel of the Client Scheduler

  • Invitation Campaign API calls were not passing through Appointment Intent info

  • When the Time panel was set to not Show Monthly Calendar for class sessions, the appointment time selection boxes were running off the side of the panel

  • The GET /staffList/report API call was returning a null privateUrl value

  • Newly created TimeTap accounts were not automatically displaying the client names in service appointments on the Calendar view
