These release notes cover version 8.19 - Oct 22nd, 2024

Improvements:

  • Added Allow SMS Messages and Allow EMAIL Messages checkboxes to the Your Information page of the Client Scheduler that allow clients to opt out of receiving messaging from TimeTap.

  • Added mandatory Unsubscribe functionality to the footer of all TimeTap emails

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed:

  • When the reason type of an appointment was changed, buffers were not being factored in to the appointment time before that changed was saved

  • When opening the Check In Kiosk from within an individual class session page, there was an error preventing any sessions from being loaded or searched

  • The Delete All Availability button on the Location Availability tab of the Location Profile was not removing any availability

  • Write-off amounts were not able to be saved on invoices

  • The Date Issued field on invoices could be saved unless a Charge Date was also entered

  • Class sessions with no attendees scheduled yet were showing incorrect numbers in the Attendees for Class Session status filter counts
