8.12 Release Notes

These release notes cover 8.12 - July 16th, 2024

Improvements:

  • Updated the Backoffice with the new TimeTap logo.

  • Added a “Close Office” row in the Security Roles permissions table, enabling the ability to adjust Add/Edit/View/Export/Delete permissions separately for Location-based Time Off events.

  • Added a new paginated calendar sync feed that includes all events synced between that overall external calendar account.

Bugs Fixed:

  • Having an upcoming course set scheduled that was already at capacity caused that course set option to load first on the Add Appointment page. This prevented the Save button from becoming selectable again, even when switching to a different service or class option with open availability.

  • Appointments with a 12AM/midnight end time were displayed incorrectly on the Backoffice Calendar view, depending on whether the Show Buffer On Appointment setting was enabled. Some events also extended into and blocked next day availability.

  • When booking multiple appointment times at once and one was unable to be scheduled, that appointment time was still included and charged for on the associated invoice.

  • Resource names were not copied down to class appointments from the class session level, causing the %RESOURCE_NAME% tag to not populate any information when included in the body of appointment messaging templates.

  • Searching for a specific Invoice ID on the Invoices/Quotes page only displayed that result if the ID was already included on the currently viewed page of that table.

  • Creating a client profile initially without an email caused issues for that client when trying to log in to their profile on the client scheduler.

  • Updates made to the Advanced Appointment setting configured in Class Time Display were not reflecting accordingly on the client scheduler.

  • Editing a repeating appointment series caused incorrect time information to display on that page and left the Service & Class field blank, preventing users from making some adjustments to repeating appointment series.
