These release notes cover version 8.21 - Nov 19th, 2024

Improvements:

  • The new Allow SMS Messaging checkbox added to the Your Information panel of the scheduler will now be hidden for accounts that do not have SMS functionality enabled

    • Contact support if you’re account does not utilize SMS messaging and you want to request this change to hide the SMS checkbox

    • Removed the Back button from the Appointment Detail scheduler page that displays when a client confirms an appointment

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed:

  • Clients could not submit waitlist registrations for class sessions through the scheduler

  • Editing appointments of some specific durations that were scheduled at certain minutes of the hour were seeing the end times unintentionally update to random values when staff edited those appointments in the Backoffice

  • The Show Resources checkbox on the Availability view was not showing the resources assigned when enabled

  • Events synced in from external calendars were not being displaying in the Calendar view if the Show Appointments Paid Status configuration was enabled and there were no TimeTap appointments yet scheduled for the week being viewed
