What invitation templates you should create

When creating a new account from the IBM parent, you'll want to consider what is the booking process for this new account. For instance, when accounts for Shire and KennaMetal were created, there were three possible scenarios as to when Recruiters will send out marketing templates based on interactions with potential candidates:

  1. Recruiter calls candidate and they don’t answer; recruiter will use TimeTap to send a follow up email to prompt candidate to reserve time with her
  2. Recruiter calls candidate, they answer, but they can’t meet that day. Recruiter sends them an email to prompt them to book on her scheduler
  3. Recruiter called candidate a few days ago and sent them an email to prompt them to book but they still haven't. Send a follow up email to prompt them to book.

You'll want to customize your invitation templates based on the list of interaction possibilities with potential candidates.

My recommendation is to brainstorm what templates would need to be sent directly to candidates before adding anything. Once you have that list together, follow the steps in the guide to add in the invitation templates to start building them out.
