Forms

Forms serve a similar purpose to that of custom fields-to gather any pertinent information about the client before or after their appointment. Forms can also be used to create waivers or disclaimers that clients must sign before their appointment. Once a form is created TimeTap allows you see form request and submission by clients, as well as the completed form.
