Calculate Travel Times

The Calculate Travel Times feature is available for users who travel between locations for appointments, accounting for the amount of time it will take to get to the next appointment location before booking the next appointment is booked. This feature uses Google Maps to calculate travel time and provides additional buffers on a Location Profile, known as inbound and outbound buffers. These buffers account for the amount of time it takes to park a car or the time you spend getting from your office to a vehicle or transportation center.

To enable this feature, go to Time > Service Time Display, and check the box next to Calculate Travel Times. TimeTap will propose the start times for appointments for your clients based on how long it will take to get the location:
