These release notes cover 6.41.0

Features & Improvements: 

  • Clients can now join the waitlist for a course if a course set is full (enabled in course profile only from new Backoffice beta).

  • If a resource was applied to an original appointment, that resource will automatically populate in the configuration flow when rescheduling that appointment from the appointment detail screen.

  • Added the email tag %APPT_CLIENT_START_DATE_DOW% that will populate with the full spelling of the day of the week of that appointment. (Your appointment is scheduled for this Friday.)

  • Upgraded log4j Libraries to 2.15.0

  • Various internal performance improvements.

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Staff using SSO to login to the Backoffice were not seeing their Last Login Date updated on the Staff page. 

  • The text confirmation when deleting multiple locations was missing plural language. 

  • Some Staff using SSO were seeing error pages when trying to log out of the Backoffice.

  • When creating a new service in the Backoffice an unresponsive plus button was preventing users from being able to add multiple durations on that initial setup screen.

  • Users on the AU server were unable to accept/decline appointments that were set to require staff confirmation.

  • Some users on the new Backoffice (beta) were seeing error messages when adding the first instance of a course to an account.

  • Adding a new course set that allowed waitlists was creating course sets with different dates than originally defined.

  • Some course sets with waitlist dates and times were not appearing on the “Join Wait List” section of the scheduler.
