These release notes cover 7.3.0

Features & Improvements: 

  • SSO: Added the allowance for NameId to be passed and read from the attribute list as AltNameId for SSO

  • API: Added support for a new parameter "showApptTZ" at both the GET appointments/report and GET appointmentList/report endpoints

  • Added support to sync newly created TimeTap appointments on past dates to the external calendar

  • Lumapay: Added ability to require card pre-authorization for services

    Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Users with suspended accounts were not able to access support through Zendesk

  • The paid icon was not showing on the calendar view for appointment in a repeating series when a package was applied in the backoffice

  • The flow for "re-booking" an appointment was showing custom Appointment Detail fields that were not assigned to that reason

  • Forms were not able to be submitted when the client used auto-fill to answer the fields

  • Appointments for classes that also require staff approval were not sending the additional “Appointment Requested by Client” message to staff when a client rescheduled their session

  • The Backoffice was not showing availability for more than one year out when adding a one time appointment, despite what was set as the Advanced Appointments availability for each service

  • The date format was not changing on the Time panel of the scheduler when the locale was set to English (Australian) or English (UK)

  • Lumapay: When a service was set to “Require Card Pre-Authorization for Services”, the client was being charged when they submitted their billing information
