These release notes cover 7.18.0

Features & Improvements: 

  • Added the “business.externalUrl” field to the Account Settings page of enterprise child accounts that can be used to merge external links within messaging templates on that child account. Merge field tag: %BUSINESS_EXT_URL%

  • Various internal performance improvements

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Wait List Registrations were not being changed to the “Invited” status in the Backoffice after the user was notified about open appointment times for that registration

  • Some older existing repeating class schedules were encountering errors when being booked on the scheduler

  • The audit trail for class sessions was not being updated with the correct modified user for changes made to the session “currentcapacity”

  • Appointments were unable to be manually added as line items to invoices/quotes

  • Removed the note under the "Reply to Address" field in messaging templates that stated that the field was not tag enabled - because it is! :)

  • Selecting a date from the Join Wait List tab of the scheduler could sometimes result in the date showing 2 days prior to the date that was actually selected

  • All-day external appointments could appear as also occurring on adjacent days when the “Adjust Appointment Times to My Timezone for all Staff" option was selected for the calendar view
