Our Twilio integration allows you to get a dedicated text messaging number for your account so all clients will receive notifications for appointments from the same number. If they respond you can program a custom auto responder so that they can have better information on how to contact you.
To get started, please first send our support team the area code you'd like to have a dedicated number for. We will look it up and provide you with a list of options. From there, we'll add the number to your account and all notifications and reminders will be sent from that number in the future. You can then go into the Twilio Integration section and program your custom auto responder messages.
