Appointment Cancellation Text Message - To Staff

This text message sends to a staff member if a client cancels their appointment through the web scheduler or a staff member cancels it when logged into the backoffice. The checkbox next to "Send Text Alerts" in the staff's profile must be checked in order to receive this notification.

%REASON%The name of the service/class/course that the clients appointment was cancelled for

In editing this template, here are some general things to consider:

  • The situation: This template is generated when an appointment is cancelled either by the staff in the backoffice and by the client. When editing this template keep in min that there's a limit of 140 character per text message reminder, we recommend using the "Send Test" feature to sent a test message to yourself and make sure the correct information is displayed.
