These release notes cover 5.31.0.

Features & Improvements: 

  • Change appointment reminder hours in bulk in Appointment Lists view.

  • Limit staff’s ability to accept or decline appointment requests when creating a custom security role.

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Appointment was saved in incorrect timezone if client manually changed timezone in Time panel at the time of booking.

  • Corrected alignment of the “Hide Additional Guest Option” field in Class Session Details page.

  • Reports created in Report Runner didn’t populate the information for “Cancelled By” field.

  • Staff with User security role was able to see appointment request even after they’ve declined it.
