5.24.0 Release Notes

These release notes cover 5.24.0 and 5.24.1

Features & Improvements: 

  • Edit the “Add to Calendar” event title, event location, and event description.

  • Edit the label of the Waitlist Appointment Landing page header, screen text, and claim button.

  • Improved text formatting when clients enter text in disclaimer form fields.

  • Improved successful form submission message.

  • Forms display error pop up modal window when client clicks Submit but information is missing.

  • Updated label of cancellation reason field.

  • Sort clients in ascending or descending order based on information in custom field.

  • See custom field information when waitlist registrants in class sessions.

  • Improved rendering of information entered in Business Address field within Payment Settings.

  • Enable or disable option to allow clients to add other connected clients while logged in scheduler.

  • Choose to allow client to pay deposit or full amount at the time of booking.

  • Add conditions on custom date fields.

  • Select the information that displays in results when searching for clients at the time of booking an appointment in the backoffice.

Bugs Fixed: 

  • Unable to upload images in backoffice.

  • Clients were unable to reschedule appointments if staff confirmation was required.

  • Clients were unable to register for course set that included 1 session.

  • Clients were unable to request an appointment in scheduler if staff was not part of the scheduling flow and staff confirmation was required.

  • Some scheduled class sessions were not displaying in scheduler.

  • When adding a client in the backoffice at the time of booking, the first letter of the first name was omitted.

  • Clients were not able to schedule multiple class based appointments.

  • Users were unable to view form submissions.

  • Unable to save repeating appointment for class session that had a duration over 23 hours.

  • Appointment Completed email templates were not sent to clients after appointments auto completed.

  • Custom “No appointment error message” was not displaying.

  • Description fields were displayed multiple times when viewing form submissions.

  • Clients were able to deselect a required checkbox field and schedule an appointment.

  • Not able to edit appointment templates at child account level if templates were set at parent level.
