Features & Improvements:

  • New 'fixed amount' coupon type added

  • 'Variable' location value added as selectable option

  • When creating a new location, user is automatically taken to the most recent location's profile

  • Recall email campaign feature capabilities added

  • Added 'last payment date' to invoice page view

  • Ability to see list of clients who are past their set recall appointment date

  • Ability to see list of clients that are scheduled for an upcoming recall campaign

  • Users now able to choose symbol representing 'paid appointments' within the calendar view

  • Now able to limit the ability of staff to override set appointment times when booking in the back office

  • Ability added to allow users display or not display private services/classes within specific staff/location/location group/reason group private URL's


Bugs Fixed:

  • Inbound/outbound buffers on virtual location profiles now hidden

  • Proposed start time now calculating in buffer and/or travel time

  • Inbound minutes now calculating for travel time of new appointments

  • Error message resolved on page calculating travel times

  • Address and description field label now appearing in 'confirm new location' step

  • 'Created' date column now accurately pulling data when class sessions have additional staff assigned to them

  • Appointment requested email now sending to staff when booked via back office

  • Private event now accordingly not showing as a choice on scheduler
