These release notes cover 4.19.0

Bugs Fixed:

- ‘Enter another location’ no longer appearing as an option on the staff’s profile.
- Double clicking functionality now disabled on invoice page.
- ‘Add new location’ no longer appearing when adding staff availability via quick add window.
- Staff no longer removed when going through adding availability flow.
- Reason groups now appearing on the appointment’s detail page.
- Placeholder text removed from location search field when adding staff availability.
